Passionkites Return Policy

Our products are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
Customers deserve the best quality kites at the best price with excellent service.
Items sold are non-refundable.

Warranty extent:

If any item is found damaged due original manufacturing or due to shipment, as determine by Passionkites, we will exchange that item for the same item, or with any available items of same equivalent price.
This warranty is only extend to defeats due to original manufacturing fault in material and workmanship.

This warranty is null and void if:

Damage caused by misuse, improper handling.
Wear and tear or caused by anything other than defects in material and workmanship.
Decolourisation caused by weather.
Accidents or alterations to the product.

Warranty procedure:
All exchange for damaged items must be made within 24 hours after your purchase.
1) SMS your request to 91814105.
2) Send defect items to Lion Building B, #06-03A, 12 Arumugam Road, S(409958) for exchange
3) Kindly return the item in original packaging.

1st: Retail ShowRoom Collection (Cash & Carry)
2nd: Others Area of Collection Location click here
3rd: Free delivery to you with Minimum purchase of $70 (Wed / Fri)
4th: Free Registered post for orders with minimum purchase of $70
5th: Post to you by Singpost if kites is less than 1metre in size.
6th : $10 Home Delivery Service (For orders less than $70)

Question: How to I make Payment?
Answer: We accept Bank transfer, Internet Banking, Paypal and Cash and NETS & CREDIT CARDS..

Question: Are your kites durable? What if i receive the kites with broken, damage or missing parts?
Answer: Yes, all kites are made of strong Ripstop Nylon / Polyester or Top Quality Parachute Material.
We do check our kites thoroughly before delivering it to you, should your new kites rip or break, please feel free to contact us immediately and we will Repair / Exchange it for you!

Question: What are your opening hours?
Answer: We are opening from 10am to 9pm

Question: Can you post the Kite thru singpost?
Answer: Depends. Kites that are more than 1metre long are not able to post.
Some kites and kite's accessories which are shorter than 1metre are able to post.


Question: Those kites are so Big, Are they foldable?

Answer: Yes. Our kites are fold-able, and comes with a kite bag(Nylon or Plastic).
Easy for transport.

Question: Do you all do Custom design for kites?
Answer: Yes. We do customs design for kites.
Depends on your quantity. Send us your design by email (Shop@passionkites.com)

Question: Do you provide Free Home delivery?
Answer: Yes. We do provide free home delivery for minimum purchase order of $70 on every Wed / Fri.
